Schwerpunkt im Dokumentarischen. Ihre bisherige Arbeit umfasst
Kurzspiel- und Dokumentarfilme, Musikclips, Videoinstallationen und
Fotoserien.
2012 war sie Mitinitiatorin der Veranstaltungsreihe RAW CHICKS im RAW
Tempel Club in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Dafür entstehen konzeptionelle
Videoarbeiten, mit denen sie Live-Acts als VJ begleitet und diese aber
auch als Installationen in Galerien zeigt.
EN > Beate Kunath is a filmmaker and visual artist with a focus on documentary film. Her work spans short fiction films, documentaries, music videos, video installation art and photo series.
In 2012 Kunath co-initiated the RAW CHICKS events at RAW Tempel Club in
Berlin-Friedrichshain, creating conceptual video-art pieces for
the events and collaborating with live acts as a VJ. These
works are also featured within galleries in the form of art installations.
